¨ Project Management A complete package can be provided acting for client or contractor, alternatively specific services can be provided to support the existing team. ¨ Project Planning and Programming The production of programmes for all stages of a project. These can be supported with method statements, resource schedules, cash flow forecasts and other documents. Tracking programmes can be produced at regular intervals to monitor progress. ¨ Design Co-ordination Co-ordination of the design process, in accordance with the design programme can improve build-ability, reducing costs and construction periods. Chairing design meeting with designers, contractors and subcontractors, together with controlling information flow and approval can form part of this role. ¨ Surveys and Inspections Building Surveys, Condition Surveys and Quality Inspections can be undertaken in a variety of formats to suit particular requirements. Reports, schedules and photographs can be provided as appropriate. |
